These rules apply to everyone who buys or sells on this site.

Orders and payments

Buyers pay up front by card through Stripe. The money is held until the buyer accepts the delivery or the order completes automatically. Keep payments and communication on the site.

Delivery and revisions

Sellers deliver within the promised time and include the revisions of the package that was bought. Buyers send clear requirements and review deliveries promptly.

Cancellations and disputes

A seller may cancel an open order with a full refund. A buyer may cancel before requirements are sent or when an order is late. Either side may open a dispute; staff decide on a refund or a release of payment.

Seller earnings

The marketplace keeps the commission shown on the Earnings page. Earnings clear after the hold period and can then be withdrawn.

Conduct

No spam, fraud, copied work or harassment. Use the Report button; staff may remove services or close accounts.
